EU SHIPPING IS NOW AVAILABLE
If your order value is between €22 - €150 you will now pay VAT on your order when it arrives in your country due to new Brexit changes since 1 January 2021. You are responsible for this cost.
If your order value is higher than €150 you will have to pay VAT and additional tax. Please check your country customs & excise regulations before you purchase as each country in the EU can set its own policy. You are responsible for the additional costs.

We offer tracked Royal Mail delivery for £14.99 (5-14 Working days ) or free when you spend over £80.
If the Royal Mail are unable to deliver your order, they will leave you a card and take your order to your local post office. If you do not collect your order or arrange for it to be redelivered, it will be returned to us and automatically refunded, minus the delivery charge. For online purchases, we operate an exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Advocates will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
